NBB Challenges Argentina Biodiesel Duty Rate Change

The National Biodiesel Board‘s (NBB) Fair Trade Coalition is criticizing a preliminary decision from the Department of Commerce in a “changed circumstances” review of countervailing duties on biodiesel imports from Argentina.
