The General Court of the European Union this week moved to dismiss a challenge against the ReFuelEU Aviation regulations brought by European biofuel producers ePURE and Pannonia Bio which asserted the EU’s sustainable aviation fuel regulation improperly discriminates against crop-based biofuels. OAL Rejects Portions of CARB LCFS Amendments

California’s Office of Administrative Law (OAL) last week notified the California Air Resources Board (CARB) that recently adopted amendments to the state’s Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS) were being rejected, preventing the changes from taking effect.
