Millennium Becomes US Bio Marion
US BioEnergy has completed its acquisition of Millennium Ethanol. According to a news release, members of Millennium Ethanol approved US BioEnergy’s acquisition of the 100 million gallon per year South Dakota facility, which will now be known as US Bio Marion. The plant located near Marion, South Dakota is expected to begin production in the first quarter of 2008.
