At a rally in Park City, Kansas on Monday, President Donald Trump promised nationwide E15 only if Republican Sen. Roger Marshall is re-elected.

“I also gave Kansas a waiver to sell E15 all year round. And with Roger Marshall in the Senate, we will make year round E15 permanent. But if Adam Hamilton is in, I’m not doing it. That’s it. I’m only doing it for him,” said Trump.

Trump also announced that USDA will make $8 billion available for one-time payments to American farmers this harvest season to provide relief during temporary market disruptions and increased input costs. “And when the Republicans win, we will pass even more funding for our farmers. We love our farmers.”
